| The decision to build a pool at your home
involves a number of important considerations. It is an expensive
proposition that is strictly intended to enhance your quality of life and
not necessarily the value of your property.
Although there
will most likely be some financial appreciation in your property value
from having a swimming pool, most real estate experts will tell you that you
